What is depression for you? What do you do to feel free and happy? Do you cry? Comment. 

You can for sometimes spend time with nature which can help you feel yourself and value yourself. Don't stress out for things which you are enable to do. Always try to be happy and try to keep yourself busy and make yourself a valuable one.

  1. For me depression is something which pulls me back from everything I have. It brings me to a conclusion that am nothing. Managing that situation is a very big task actually, you cannot cry because if you do people around you have a bunch of question. Staying quite is the only say to handle ourselves.

    1. Hey! You are valuable, try letting out your feelings cry out it can sometimes help. People are always there to point out but its only you who have to manage your life and value yourself. You can express all your feelings here we can try to help you out there. Don't think you are nothing maybe you are something for someone in their life maybe their favorite person, their healer, Motivator, Best friend. You have a reason to be in this world you are precious for your parents. Never, let yourself down. We support you.

  2. Alot of us are having pressure from studies and family and friends. Like we feel a burden that we cant even explain. We dont even know what to concentrate on and what to do... soo like i just suggest to stay calm and talk when necessary and mind our own business
